• Replaced TestExplorer.RunTest (C+r,t) with NCrunch.RuncoveringTestsUseNewProcess

• Replaced TestExplorer.DebugTest(C+r,C+t) with NCrunch.DebugCoveringUseNewProcess

These sped up the test runs because NCrunch is constantly monitoring the project.
